Crop Progress Report Show Oklahoma Cotton Harvest is 60% Completed

USDA's weekly Crop Progress report, Monday, shows the nation's winter wheat crop condition is 46% good to excellent, 34% fair and 20% poor to very poor. The nation's winter wheat crop is 94% planted, 2 points behind this time last year and on track with the five-year average. 81% of U.S. winter wheat has emerged, 3 points behind this time last year and 2 points behind the five-year average.
According to the report, U.S. corn harvested is at 91%, 3 points behind this time last year and 5 points ahead of the five-year average.
U.S. soybeans harvested is at 92%, 3 points behind this time last year and 1 point behind the five-year average.
U.S cotton harvested is at 65%, 3 points behind this time last year and 1 point ahead of the five-year average.
U.S. grain sorghum harvested is 89%, 4 points behind this time last year and 2 points ahead of the five-year average.

Oklahoma
According to the Oklahoma Crop Progress and Condition report, the state's winter wheat crop condition is 54% good to excellent, 37% fair and 9% poor to very poor. At this time, Oklahoma's winter wheat crop is 94% planted, 5 points behind this time last year and 1 point behind the five-year average. Oklahoma winter wheat is 83% emerged, 3 points behind this time last year and the five-year average.
Oklahoma grain sorghum crop condition is 37% good to excellent, 25% fair and 38% poor to very poor. Grain sorghum harvested is at 85%.
Oklahoma soybean crop condition is at 52% good to excellent, 31% fair and 17% poor to very poor. Soybeans harvested is 70%.
Oklahoma cotton crop condition is 68% good to excellent, 24% fair and 8% poor to very poor. Cotton harvested is at 60%.
Pasture and range condition is 34% good to excellent, 45% fair and 21% poor to very poor.

Kansas
According to the Kansas Crop Progress and Condition report, the state's winter wheat is 64% good to excellent, 27% fair and 9% poor to very poor. Kansas' winter wheat is 86% emerged.
Kansas corn crop harvested is at 95%.
Kansas soybeans harvested is at 85%.
Kansas mature grain sorghum harvested is at 83%.
Kansas cotton crop condition rated 51% good to excellent, 41% fair and 8% poor to very poor. Cotton harvested is at 30%.
Kansas pasture and range conditions rated 40% good to excellent, 36% fair and 24% poor to very poor.

Texas
According to the Texas Crop Progress and Condition report, winter wheat condition is 24% good to excellent, 38% fair and 38% poor to very poor. Texas' winter wheat crop is 89% planted and 71% emerged.
Texas soybean crop condition is 50% good to excellent, 40% fair and 10% poor to very poor. Soybeans harvested is 98%.
Texas cotton crop condition is 58% good to excellent, 37% fair and 5% poor to very poor. Cotton harvested is 60%.
Pasture and range condition is 28% good to excellent, 36% fair and 36% poor to very poor.
