All Natural Brave Experience Beef Snacks Do More Than Provide Sustainable Energy at Cattlemen's Congress

Thu, 06 Jan 2022 18:35:52 CST

All Natural Brave Experience Beef Snacks Do More Than Provide Sustainable Energy at Cattlemen's Congress As the 2022 Cattlemen's Congress hits its stride, things are heating up in the show pen and among the vendors. The trade show has been compared to a small National Finals Rodeo trade show, with many folks coming straight from there to the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds.

One of the vendors at the event is Weston Clark, president of All Natural Brave Experience. He and his wife, Jodi, produce all-natural, grass-fed Angus beef snacks. But there is more to this product than being a delicious, healthy beef snack.

"We have a TV show that we just moved from the Discovery Channel to RFD-TV and the Cowboy Channel that we call "The Experience with Weston and Jodi," Clark said. "We surprise America's heroes with different country stars and celebrities and take them on an amazing (hunting or fishing) experience."

The Clarks developed their beef snacks to help pay for the trips they send some of America's bravest service people on.

"(We) use 100% American-raised beef - we have to stand for our American ranchers," Clark said. "Five percent of every sale goes back to honor our heroes and help pay for these trips that we take them on."

The foundation of All Natural Brave Experience beef snacks is high-quality beef, according to Clark.

"(There is) no grease or film in your mouth because we grind our primals," Clark said. "Our big thing is, we use 100% of the carcass."

You can get All Natural Brave Experience beef sticks, which come in original and jalapeño flavors, or jerky, which comes in four flavors: Sweet and spicy, honey, original and peppered. Clark said they cure the snacks with a celery or pineapple juice cure.

"It is back to the basics: seasoning and meat," Clark said. "What jerky is supposed to be."

You can find the All Natural Brave Experience booth in the Super Barn at this year's Cattlemen's Congress or go online, here.
