Thu, 10 Mar 2022 15:49:57 CST
This week on Sunup, Crop Marketing specialist, Dr. Kim Anderson is talking about the affects of the Russia/Ukraine Tension and says prices have not stablized just yet. "If you look at wheat and corn, the answer is no, but if you look at cotton and soybeans, the answer is yes." Anderson said there is still a lot of volatility in the market and other factors besides the war that are affecting prices, "India is the second largest producer of wheat. In the past have exported very little wheat. Last year. They said they wanted to start getting in the export market. They have wheat to export and looks like they may enter the market that could help stabilize Our prices."
