Rural Educators Digital Skills Summit 2022 Coming up on July 28 The Rural Educators Digital Skills Summit brings together middle and high school educators from across the U.S. to learn how to use digital skills training to unlock opportunities for students in rural and agricultural communities. Educators will receive hands-on training on free digital skills and career readiness resources that help students learn the practical digital skills needed for the classroom, and for the jobs of today and tomorrow.

Join Grow with Google and the American Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture at the Rural Educators Digital Skills Summit on July 28, 2022.

Session 1: 9 AM ET - 12:30 PM ET
Session 2: 1 PM ET - 4:30 PM ET

Summit Overview

The Rural Educators Digital Skills Summit will feature live training from Google instructors, student-centered lessons (that educators can deliver in their classroom, either online or offline), instructional workshops, and Q&A with experts from Grow with Google and the American Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture.

Participating educators will receive:
*Customized classroom resources to equip students with digital skills that will help them succeed academically, effectively use online learning tools, identify and apply for jobs, and thrive in a modern work environment
*Access to Level 1 or Level 2 Google for Education Certification credits
*Training on how to incorporate technology skills into curriculum across subjects and grade levels
*Training on how to facilitate lessons in the classroom using digital education tools
*Opportunity to become a Farm Bureau Foundation Fellow

Participating educators are exclusively eligible to apply to become a Farm Bureau Foundation Fellow, supported by Grow with Google. Learn more about this fellowship in the FAQ.
