Feeder Steers and Heifers Steady to Higher at Joplin Regional Stockyards on Monday

Compared to last week feeder steers traded steady to 3.00 higher. Feeder heifers traded steady to 4.00 higher. 16 head of fancy steers weighing 610 lbs. traded at 200.00. This sale featured several large drafts of yearling cattle. Supply was heavy with good demand. Supply included: 100% Feeder Cattle (68% Steers, 31% Heifers, 1% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 78%.
