Talking Proactive Nutrition and More with Dr. Shalene McNeill of NCBA

Radio Oklahoma Ag Network Farm Director Ron Hays sat down with Dr. Shalene McNeill of the National Cattlemen's Beef Association to talk about multiple issues that fall under her area of responsibility for the organization. Dr. McNeill is the Executive Director for for Nutrition Education for the NCBA- and she and Ron talked about getting the nutrition story out to today's consumer, how the cattle industry was proactive in several recent challenges that could have harmed the reputation of beef as a safe, wholesome and nutritious protein source.
