New Oklahoma FFA Officer Team Led by Garrett Reed of Locust Grove

The Oklahoma FFA Association wrapped up their 88th annual Convention Wednesday evening with the naming of the 2014-2015 officer team. The eight man leadership team for the statewide youth organization will be led by Garrett Reed of the Locust Grove FFA Chapter. Reed is a student at Oklahoma State University and has served as the Northeast District Vice President on the 2013-2014 State Officer Team. "I ran for president because of the impact this organization has had on my life and the influence the older members had on me," Reed said. "I want to be a person of influence for younger members."
Other State Wide Elected officers include State Secretary Gatlin Squires of Kingfisher and State Treasurer Megan Devuyst of the Morrison FFA Chapter.
The five district Vice Presidents include the following:
Northeast- Paige Clare, Skiatook
Northwest- Logan Johns, Morrison
Central- Cody Dean, Agra
Southeast- Wyatt Shaw, Byng
Southwest- Drake Boyce, Cheyenne
