Roman Hinkle of Yukon FFA Shows Supreme Champion Purebred Gilt at 2022 OYE

Champions were named in nine purebred categories in the breeding gilt competition at the 2022 Oklahoma Youth Expo on Friday and Saturday.
The nine breed winners were eyeballed by judges Seth Swenson of Illinois and Adam Beck of Indiana- and the Champion Berk was named the Supreme Purebred Champion- shown by Roman Hinkle of the Yukon FFA Chapter(Pictured here- Thanks to Larry Peck with Ag Youth Magazine!). Reserve Supreme was the Spot Champion- shown and owned by Corbin Clark of the Morris FFA.
These two gilts, along with the Supreme and Reserve Supreme Commercial Gilts will lead off the Night of Stars Gilt Sale coming up on Wednesday, March 16th.
