Talking Goats and Kids with Meat Goat Judge Marvin Ensor at 2010 OYE

After looking at more than a thousand meat goats on Monday, you might expect Judge Marvin Ensor to be tired- but we saw no evidence of that as he carefully worked the final class, then the Division Four Champion selection and finally the Grand Champion selection of the 2010 Oklahoma Youth Expo Wether Goat. Just before, he walked around and around those four Division Champions to select his top pick of over a thousand animals on the day, we talked with him for a few moments about his background, what a good quality meat goat should look like today and his thoughts on not just the goats, but also the kids who paraded before him all day long.
