Market Hog Show Completes Day Two- Here are the Six Breed Winners Selected Thus Far The 2009 Oklahoma Youth Expo's Market Hog Show has been running since first thing on Friday morning. As of Saturday afternoon around 4:00PM, we had six of the breeds completed. They were wrapping up the Yorkshires on Saturday afternoon, with a full day of Crossbreds planned on Sunday. The 2009 Lead Market Hog judge is Warren Beeler of Frankfort, Ky. He will keep on picking the hogs handed off to him from the sift ring on Sunday, and will make his final pick on Sunday evening at 6:30 PM in the State Fair arena as a part of the Grand Champion extravaganza planned by OYE leadership.

Here are the first six breeds that have had their top animals selected:

Berkshire Barrow
Champion-Caleb Ferguson, Big Pasture FFA
Reserve-Garrett Nichols, Fox FFA

Chester White Barrow
Champion-Waylon Henderson, Bristow FFA
Reserve-Ty Davis, Walters 4-H

Duroc Barrow
Champion-Kyle Osborn, Tuttle FFA
Reserve-James White, Indianola FFA

Poland Barrow
Champion- Bailey Ramirez, Yukon FFA
Reserve- Roxanne Sherrill, Waurika FFA

Spots Market Barrow
Champion- Cody Asche, Woods County 4-H
Reserve- Halle Hartman, Beckham Co. 4-H

Hampshire Market Barrow
Champion- Colin Listen, El Reno FFA
Reserve- Chris Hofshulte, Wyandotte FFA
