Beef Heifer Show and More on Tap Monday at Oklahoma Youth Expo

Beef Heifer Show and More on Tap Monday at Oklahoma Youth Expo Beef Heifers were being checked in on Sunday afternoon at the 2009 Oklahoma Youth Expo. A total of 1,354 Heifers were entered for the 2009 show, and the Beef Heifers will begin parading in front of the judges at 9:00 Am on Monday morning in Barn 8. two show rings will be operating at once.

The picture here is of one of the Beef heifers being checked in on Sunday afternoon.

In Barn 6, the Purebred Gilts will be showing, starting at 8:00 AM. There are just over 3,000 gilts that were entered for this year's show.

Finally, at the Super Barn Arena, the Weather Meat Goats will be shown- with 1,510 goats entered for the 2009 event. The Grand Champion Wether Meat Goat will be selected Monday evening at 6:30 PM.
