Cattlemen Beef Board Chair Sees Growth in US Beef Exports


Texas cattle producer Dan Dierschke is about one month into his term as chair of the Cattlemen’s Beef Board (CBB). But his interest in overseas promotion of U.S. beef dates back to his college days, and has continued through many industry leadership positions with the Texas Farm Bureau, Texas Beef Council, National Cattlemen’s Beef Association and U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF), as well as his time in the CBB leadership.

Dierschke is our guest today on the Beef Buzz- and he shares with us his desire to see US Beef exports continue to grow in both volume and value.
