Do the USDA Numbers Match Up with Reality? Kim Anderson Offers His Take
Fri, 08 Oct 2010 7:35:28 CDT
OSU Grain Market Economist Dr. Kim Anderson says that the grain trade is watching the Supply Demand and Crop Production reports from USDA as they come out here at the end of the week. He discusses how the corn numbers could have impact on wheat prices in the nearby timeframe.
And Kim's advice to wheat producers- have a mechanical strategy to market your wheat in place- and have the discipline to follow it. He says that's the way you don't get left holding the bag with the lowest prices of the season.
Dr. Anderson was talking with Austin Moore for the OSU Division of Ag Show, SUNUP, that will be seen this weekend on OETA. You can get a jump on the weekend and listen to Kim Anderson and his take on the grain markets by clicking on our LISTEN BAR below.
