Wed, 23 Mar 2011 8:13:41 CDT
This week during The Ag Minute, Chairman of the House Ag Committee, Oklahoma Congressman Frank Lucas discusses that one of the challenges members of the agriculture community face is that their success in providing a safe, affordable, and abundant food supply causes them to be taken for granted by Americans living in suburbs and cities. Chairman Lucas emphasizes the importance of advocating for America's farmers and ranchers.
He makes a direct plea to those that support traditional farming and ranching practices to become vocal in their support for the American farm system.
