At the 2011 Oklahoma Youth Expo, the Grand Champion Steer selection was a tough one for judge Paul Clapp of Ankeny, Iowa- but he picked the one that suited him best.- and that was the Champion Chianina Steer- owned and shown by Ryan Stults from the Luther FFA Chapter. The Steer, named Eller, will lead off the Sale of Champions on Monday afternoon as the Oklahoma Youth Expo concludes it's eleven day run.
