Vilsack Says No Simple Answers for Higher Food Costs

Many Americans may be wondering about the price of food these days. Food prices are up - but U.S. Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack says the reasons for that are not simple.
He addresses this subject in a regular weekly report that he offers from his office at the US Department of Agriculture.
