NCBA Lobbyist Relieved Congress Has Headed Home for August Recess

"It was a disaster." This was the description of the debt ceiling-deficit reduction debate that was held over the past several weeks leading up to a possible government default on Tuesday of this week by Colin Woodall, lead lobbyist for the National Cattlemen's Beef Association.
