Gov. Mary Fallin Hosting Annual Septemberfest

Septemberfest is an annual festival held at the Governor's Mansion every September and is hosted by the state of Oklahoma's first family. This year the 15th Annual Septemberfest will be held on September 10, 2011, at the Governor's Mansion in Oklahoma City. Activities at the festival are often hands-on learning activities and games for children.
Some of the activities that will be included this year are story-telling, hay bale maze, face-painting, and petting zoo. Septemberfest is also a time to celebrate the state's history and heritage. There will be also live music and entertainment and food to help celebrate. Septemberfest will include activities for anyone and everyone of all ages. Activities also include a tour of the Governor's Mansion and free admission to the Oklahoma History Center.
