Freddie Paul's Steakhouse Kicks Off Legendary Restaurants of Oklahoma

Thu, 01 Sep 2011 11:58:12 CDT

Freddie Paul's Steakhouse Kicks Off Legendary Restaurants of Oklahoma The Legendary Restaurants of Oklahoma will be kicking off on Sept. 2, with Freddie Paul's Steakhouse in Stillwater, Okla. Freddie Paul's has been in the restaurant business for over 70 years and started as Freddie's Steakhouse in the 1940s. Brian and Joie Saliba, the owners of Freddie Paul's, say they are beginning a new generation with Freddie Paul's, while still holding onto the family traditions.

"We are carrying on the same family traditions that have been going on for over 70 years," says Joie Saliba. "We make tabouli the same way Brian's grandmother made it. We still cut steaks every day the way his father and grandfather taught him."

Also, at Freddie Paul's you will find only the highest quality beef served for dinner. Serving USDA choice quality steaks that are cut fresh daily, customers will receive a cooked-to-order steak says Saliba.

Freddie Paul's pride themselves on making all sides, salads and entrées fresh every day. Saliba says they are also holding onto their family traditions by providing a family-friendly atmosphere and a relaxing environment to their customers. Saliba says they hope to provide a casual and fun eating experience to all that visit Freddie Paul's.

As part of the Legendary Restaurants of Oklahoma deal, at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 2, customers will be able to purchase two $25 vouchers to Freddie Paul's for $25. However, there are only 100 vouchers that will be available for purchase. The Legendary Restaurants of Oklahoma selected Freddie Paul's because of their reputation for being a fine dining establishment. More restaurants from across the state of Oklahoma will be featured as legendary restaurants throughout the upcoming year.
