Drive Down Route 66 to Molly's Landing for a Juicy Steak
Thu, 29 Sep 2011 15:49:35 CDT
Molly's Landing of Catoosa, Okla., has been in the business of mouth-watering meals since 1984. Named "Tulsa's Best Kept Secret" Molly's Landing serves juicy steaks and fresh seafood, which are grilled over mesquite, in a unique environment. Known for their one-of-a-kind menu, Molly's offers a variety of dishes from around the world.
However, according to co-owner Russ White, Molly's Landing is most well-known for their delicious steaks, which was the first star on their menu.
"Our specialty would be the steak," said White. "That is what put us on the map. The menu has grown and we serve lobster, a lot of quail, and wall-eye, which is a fish that most people don't see out there anywhere."
Located on the historic Route 66, the laid-back environment in Molly's Landing is unique with a wide range of decorations and fantastic view. White says Molly's has a record-breaking sized moose and a record-breaking sized caribou decorating the restaurant. A majority of the large pieces around the restaurant were actually donated by customers.
White says when people come to Molly's Landing, he hopes they will have a relaxing experience with beautiful views of the landscape and enjoy a great steak.
