Visit Robert's Grill and Enjoy a Famous Fried Onion Burger

Robert's Grill in El Reno, Okla., continues the Legendary Restaurants of Oklahoma this week. Originally opened in 1926, Robert's Grill is known for their famous fried onion burgers and for continuing the tradition of fresh ingredients for a delicious meal daily in a friendly atmosphere.


Edward Graham, owner of Robert's Grill, says while the menu is very basic, every item is cooked to perfection and customers will be hooked on their onion burgers as soon as they taste one.


Besides the famous onion burgers, Robert's Grill also serves up a delicious chili hot dog. Topped with a homemade coaurse, pickly slaw, the chili dog is also a favorite of regular customers at Robert's Grill. To go add to the menu, Robert's Grill makes freshly fried French fries as soon as they are ordered and are even salted while they are still hot. They are the perfect side dish to either a tasty chili dog or a onion burger.


Also, the environment at Robert's Grill is one of fun and friendly. A rather small restaurant, Robert's Grill only has 14 stools at their bar and a handful of booths. But, Graham says it helps to establish a relationship with every customer that comes through the door. Graham also adds that they are looking forward to seeing some new faces!


Robert's Grill is open Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.


As part of the Legendary Restaurants of Oklahoma deal, at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 25, customers will be able to purchase two $20 vouchers and one $10 voucher to Robert's Grill for $25. But, there are only 100 vouchers available for purchase. The Legendary Restaurants of Oklahoma selected Robert's Grill because of their history and reputation as a fine dining establishment. More restaurants from across the state will be featured as legendary restaurants throughout the upcoming year.
