Five Major Events and People of 2011 Our final email of 2011 highlights some of the major events and people that have been a part of the Oklahoma farm and ranch scene over the past twelve months. Drought tops our list- and it's a story that was reported on every month of the year as both the livestock and crop sectors were slammed by what turned out to be a historic period of dryness and heat in Oklahoma.
