Rainfall as of Early Friday Morning- Northwestern Oklahoma Welcomes the Rain!
Fri, 03 Feb 2012 05:55:27 CST
Rainfall has been moving slowly across northwestern Oklahoma during the night time hours- and there is a line that stretches from Ellis County up through Woodward County to Woods County with amounts from two to three inches of rainfall. Rain in northwestern Oklahoma has been in short supply since late fall- and will greatly help wheat as well as pastures as they start to green up in a few weeks.
Rain continues to fall this morning- with the moisture expected to work its way slowly across the state today.
The graphic here is as of 5:40 AM this morning. Click here for the Oklahoma Mesonet rainfall totals in real time going back 48 hours.
