Anderson Says USDA Crop Report Contains 'Good News, Bad News, and Good News'
The USDA's first crop estimates for 2012 are out, and OSU's grain marketing specialist Dr. Kim Anderson said there is good news, bad news, and good news in the numbers.

"Oklahoma wheat production was slightly less than expected. The U.S. wheat production was higher than expected and world wheat was lower than expected. So you've got price impacts coming in there that are both positive and negative and it's going to take a little while to figure out what's going to happen in this market."

He says that the USDA projects ending stocks for wheat both in the U.S. and worldwide to be lower than expected which will be positive for prices. Click on the LISTEN BAR below for more from Kim Anderson.

You can hear his full analysis this weekend on SUNUP.
