Tue, 12 Feb 2013 18:10:18 CST
The Soy Checkoff has opened the application period for its 2013 See for Yourself program. This checkoff-funded event invites 10 U.S. soybean farmers to learn more about how their soy checkoff works both at home and abroad.
Selected farmer-participants will visit several sites in St. Louis and an international location that demonstrate the soy checkoff's efforts to increase the value of U.S. soy meal and oil, ensure soybean farmers and their customers have the freedom and infrastructure to operate, and meet the needs of U.S. soy customers.
