Two Oklahoma Men Arrested for Burglary and Grand Larceny in Rogers County Case

David Smith, 44, Skiatook, and Toby Hall, 44, Tulsa, have been charged with burglary and theft charges after they allegedly stole saddles and a horse trailer from a rancher in Rogers County.
Smith was charged with one count of second degree burglary and one count of grand larceny. He was arrested Friday and is currently in the Rogers County jail on a $10,000 bond.
Hall was also charged with second degree burglary and grand larceny. He is currently in the Tulsa County jail on unrelated charges, and a hold was placed on him for the Rogers County charges. Bond on Hall was set at $15,000.
The investigation was led by Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association Special Rangers John Cummings, Bart Perrier and Rogers County Sheriff's Office investigator Joe Garber.
On November 14, 2012, Cummings was contacted by the victim who reported that someone had broken into the barn and stole six saddles and a horse trailer worth a total of $7,500.
