Another Extension is Not Good Enough- NCBA Says Get Farm Bill Done Now

Kristina Butts, Executive Director for Legislative Affairs for the National Cattlemen's Beef Association, is our midweek guest for the Beef Buzz. Kristina offers a cattle industry take on why her group believes that it's time to get a 2013 farm bill done- not a second extension- but instead a full farm bill that includes livestock disaster relief authorization as well as conservation programs that are vital to livestock producers as they attempt to comply with government mandates.
