Actual Receipts: 8558   Last Monday: 1492   Year Ago Monday: 9865

Compared to the last test two weeks ago: Feeder steers and heifers not well tested but a weak undertone noted. Steer and heifer calves 2.00-4.00 lower. Demand moderate to good. Quality plain to average and much less attractive than the last test. Numbers of long weaned or yearling cattle very limited. Demand moderate for calves. Strong cold front expected later in the week and this hurting demand, especially for short weaned or un-weaned calves. Receipts this week included 65 percent over 600 lbs and 38 percent heifers.
