Johnston Enterprises Moving Forward with Sell of W. B. Johnston Grain to CGB Enterprises Johnston Enterprises is selling a part of their business to CGB enterprises- as they have entered into a letter of intent to sell W. B. Johnston Grain Company and related assets. In an open letter to customers- President of W. B. Johnston Grain Company Joey Meibergen says that in CGB Enterprises, W. B. Johnston believes they have found a company that lines up with the philosophy of the Meibergen family "when it comes to our focus on customer success, employee success and growth goals going forward."


Meibergen adds that "The global network as well as the integrated food supply chain that CGB is a part of , combined with the 120 year experience of WBJ, will further add to our ability to find the best market for the commodities that you nourish and grow."
