Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers 1.00-3.00 higher, cattle over 800 lbs near steady. Steer and heifer calves steady. Demand very good for most classes with least action on heavier weights. Nice rains fell over the weekend with most of the beneficial rains falling in the eastern part of the state. Quality plain thru attractive. Cattle showing the complete range of thin to fleshy with mostly average weigh-ups.


Feeder Steers Medium and Large 1: Calves 375-400 lbs 241.00-250.00; 415-500 lbs 222.00-226.00; 475 lbs thin fleshed 230.00; 475 lbs fleshy 214.00; 500-550 lbs 215.00-228.00, 510 lbs thin fleshed 230.00; 550-600 lbs 205.50-215.00; 640 lbs 189.00; Yearlings: 600-650 lbs 191.00-200.50, 600 lbs thin fleshed 213.00, value added 209.50-212.50; 650-700 lbs 182.50-194.50; 700-750 lbs 174.00-180.00, thin fleshed 180.50-181.00; 750-800 lbs 167.00-178.50; 800-900 lbs 158.00-168.25; few 900-985 lbs 152.75-157.75.
