Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers 1.00-3.00 higher, cattle over 800 lbs steady to 1.00 higher. Steer and heifer calves steady. Demand very good for most classes with least action on heavier weights. Nice rains fell over the weekend with most of the beneficial rains falling in the eastern part of the state. Quality plain thru attractive. Cattle showing the complete range of thin to fleshy with mostly average weigh-ups. Receipts this week totaled 81 percent over 600 lbs and 37 percent heifers.
