Receipts: 4300    Last Week: 7882    Year Ago: 11204

Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers sold mostly 2.00 to 3.00 higher. Steer and heifer calves were lightly tested not enough for an accurate trend; however, a higher undertone was noted. Demand good to very good. Quality average to mostly attractive. Cold weather is expected to remain throughout the weekend. Receipts this week totaled 92 percent over 600 lbs and 32 percent heifers.

   
Feeder Steers Medium and Large 1: pkg 335 lbs 266.00; 400-500 lbs 216.00-247.00; 500-600 lbs 206.00-228.00; 600-625 lbs 188.00-192.00; Yearlings: 610-620 lbs 200.00-206.00; 650-700 lbs 179.00-187.50; 700-800 lbs 166.40-173.50; 800-900 lbs 157.50-166.80; 900-1000 lbs 150.50-158.00; 1000-1075 lbs 148.00-149.50.
