Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers 1.00-3.00 higher, except steers over 850 lbs steady to 1.00 lower. Stocker cattle and calves 3.00-6.00 higher. Demand very good for feeders following last week's bearish cattle on feed report. Demand moderate for those cattle that will finish late summer. Quality average thru attractive.


Feeder Steers Medium and Large 1: Calves few 300-400 lbs 233.00-265.00; lot 420 lbs thin fleshed 257.00; few 475-500 lbs 221.00-225.00; 500-550 lbs 212.00-229.00, lot 500 lbs thin fleshed 232.00; 550-600 lbs 209.00-212.50, lot 560 lbs thin fleshed 225.00; Yearlings: 600-650 lbs 193.00-204.50; 650-700 lbs 183.00-196.00; 700-750 lbs 175.50-183.50; 750-800 lbs 169.25-176.25; 800-900 lbs 158.00-166.00; 900-950 lbs 155.00-161.00; pkg 1000 lbs 150.50.
