Nationally Respected Cotton Analyst Carl Anderson Passes Away- Funeral Set for Wednesday

Dr. Carl Anderson, Professor and Extension Specialist Emeritus in the Department of Agricultural Economics/Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service at Texas A&M University, passed away on Saturday, August 30, 2014.
Dr. Anderson was a nationally respected cotton marketing analyst and tremendous friend to the cotton industry. He was a presenter at numerous cotton marketing seminars over the years, and participated in the Cotton Marketing Roundtable, among other events.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening, September 2, at Memorial Funeral Chapel, 1515 S. College Ave., Bryan, TX. The phone number there is 979-823-8125.
Burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 3, at Aggie Field of Honor, 3800 Raymond Stotzer Pkwy. (Hwy. 60), College Station, TX.
Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 3, at First United Methodist Church, 506 E. 28th St., Bryan, TX. The phone number there is 979-779-1324.
