2015 Tulsa State Fair Grand Champion Steer Shown by Seth Tucker of Lindsay

The Grand Champion Market Steer at the 2015 Tulsa State Fair Junior Livestock Show was shown by Seth Tucker from Lindsay, Oklahoma. Seth had the Champion Crossbred in the 2015 show. The Reserve Grand Champion Market Steer was the Champion in the Chianina breed show- shown by Madyson Arthur of the Chickasha FFA.
The 2014 Grand Champion Market Steer was shown by Lauren Bilderback of the El Reno FFA- her steer was sold last October for $37,700.
Seth's Grand Champion Steer will be the first animal to sell in the Tulsa State Fair Junior Livestock Show Auction and Gala, to be held on Thursday afternoon at 5:00 PM. The Reserve Steer will be the sixth animal to sell on Thursday afternoon.

Seven Breeds and Categories made up the Market Steer Competition in 2015. The Champions and Reserves in each category include:
AOB:
Champion- Larahmy Blakley, Rogers County 4-H
Reserve- Baylor Bonham, Newscastle FFA
Angus:
Champion- Kaid Reininger, Newcastle FFA
Reserve- Kobe Holland, Harrah FFA
Chianina:
Champion- Madyson Arthur, Chickasha FFA
Reserve- Tommy Glover, Comanche County 4-H
Hereford:
Champion- Larahmy Blakley, Rogers County 4-H
Reserve- Karly Harris, Sterling FFA
Maine-Anjou:
Champion- Baylor Bonham, Newcastle FFA
Reserve- Ashton Evans, Poteau FFA
Simmental:
Champion- Raegan Klassen, Hydro- Eakley FFA
Reserve- Charley Thrasher, Texhoma FFA
Crossbred:
Champion- Seth Tucker, Lindsay
Reserve- Bailey Carter, Sentinel FFA
