MILO (CWT): Mostly .08 to .09 higher. 3.91-4.36. Weatherford 3.91; Ponca City 3.96; Alva, Buffalo 3.98; Manchester, Medford 4.00; Keyes 4.18; Hooker 4.27; Shattuck 4.36.
