MILO (CWT): .14 to mostly .16 lower. 4.23-4.41. Keyes, Weatherford 4.23; Ponca City 4.29; Alva, Buffalo 4.30; Eldorado, Manchester, Medford 4.32; Hooker, Shattuck 4.41.
