Steer and Heifer Calves Lower at OKC West on Tuesday

Compared to last Tuesday: Steer and heifer calves traded 4.00-8.00 lower. Demand moderate. Quality average to to attractive. Despite huge  losses on the Dow Jones and lower CME Live and Feeder cattle contracts yesterday, rallies have occurred sparking interest into the market.  Supply included: 100% Feeder Cattle (45% Steers, 1% Dairy Steers, 50% Heifers, 4% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 30%.
