Compared to last week: Feeder steers under 750 lbs sold 8.00-10.00 higher, over 750 lbs 1.00-3.00 higher. Feeder heifers traded 3.00-6.00 higher. Demand very good for all classes. Steer and heifer calves traded 2.00-4.00 higher, instances of thinner fleshed cattle cattle trading sharply higher. Demand good to very good for all classes. Much cooler than average temperatures are expected for the remainder of the week. Supply included: 100% Feeder Cattle (58% Steers, 40% Heifers, 2% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 83%.
