OSU Grad Student asking for Beef Producer Participation to help with Beef Cattle Research
Tue, 11 Aug 2020 08:01:52 CDT
My name is Amanda Upton and I am a graduate student in Agricultural Economics. Currently, I am working with Drs. Courtney Bir and Eric DeVuyst on a research project to better understand decisions surrounding calving date and the potential economic and health impacts of that decision.
We are collecting input from beef producers, large animal veterinarians, and feedlot operators across Oklahoma to help inform our economic model. We will use our findings to analyze the impacts of alternative calving dates and help producers make informed decisions.
Your participation will help me get the largest possible sample size providing more accurate results. The producer survey can be reached easily via this link: https://okstatecasnr.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9LA6Iarng2USXNb
Thank you!
