Compared to last week: Feeder steers sold mostly steady to 2.00 higher. Feeder heifers traded 2.00-4.00 higher. Demand moderate to good. Steer and heifer calves that were weaned and in condition to be turned out on grass sold with good to very good demand. Rainfall has swept across the trade area and is in the forecast for the rest of the week. Supply included: 100% Feeder Cattle (64% Steers, 35% Heifers, 0% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 91%.
