Ron Hays Talks With Congressman Frank Lucas About Impeachment, MFPs, Trade and More

Radio Oklahoma Ag Network Farm Director Ron Hays talked with Oklahoma Third District Congressman Frank Lucas on Wednesday morning, December 5th as House Democrats continued their efforts to brings articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump. Hays and the Congressman Lucas talked about those efforts ongoing in the House and the political implications of a House vote late this year or early next- and they also talked about Market Facilitation Payments, US-China Trade Negiotiations, the completed US-Japanese Trade Deal and a possible vote in the House to ratify the US Mexico Canada Trade Agreement.


Congressman Lucas also talked about the appropriations process and the current political winds that are blowing in DC- and concluded with a few words about his colleague Mike Conaway of Texas, who has said he is not going to run for reelection in 2020.
