Ron Hays Talks About the End of the 2015 WOTUS Rule with OCA Executive Vice President Michael Kelsey

Radio Oklahoma Ag Network Farm Director caught up with the Executive Vice President of the Oklahoma Cattlemen's Association, Michael Kelsey, as he returned from a trp to Washington, DC on Thursda afternoon. they talkd about the announcment from Thursday by the EPA and the US Army Corps of Engineers that they were signing the paperwork that would officially terminate the 2015 Obama Era WOTUS- the Waters of the US. Kelsey and Hays reflect on how leased Richard Gebhart, former President of the OCA and Treasurer of the NCBA would have been if he were still alive for this day.


Hays and Kelsey also talk about a couple of the highlights of Kelsey's time in Washington this week.
