Topics covered include:

Livestock Disaster Assistance Signup- Computer Problems are still happening- Lucas urges producers to brave the slow process and apply before the end of the Fiscal Year to make sure you are not cut be sequestration cuts.

Crop Insurance- USDA continues to say it's too hard to implement APH- Actual Production History for Crop Insurance policies written for the 2015 crop year- which includes winter wheat that will be planted this fall. Chairman Lucas is frustrated and continues to push USDA to move on this important update for the 2015 crop year.

Title One- Overall, implementation is about where Congressman Lucas thinks it should be- lots of work still to be done.

Dam Rehab- The announcement to jumpstart Rehab of flood control dams across the country is great news for Oklahoma and other states- Lucas is grateful NRCS Chief Jason Weller has moved aggressively on this program.

NRCS and EPA on WOTUS- Lucas tells us that Jason Weller was very cautious with him in discussing the role of NRCS in possibly acting as a regulator on behalf of the EPA.

The Chairman is hopeful that through the Appropriations Process- the House will be able to slow the rule making process on the Waters of the US proposed rule- and perhaps a GOP led Senate might be able to give a hand to the House in 2015 on this and several other regulatory rules.
