Riley Pagett of Woodward Makes Cut as a Finalist to Become a National FFA Officer
Tue, 20 Oct 2009 20:55:48 CDT
We have word on this Tuesday evening that Riley Pagett of Woodward is still in the hunt to become a National Officer for the coming year of the National FFA Organization. As the National Officer candidates gathered this past Sunday, there were 39 candidates. They have reduced that number basically in half to 20 candidates vying for the six officer slots as of this evening.
These 20 are the finalists. There will be no other announcements on the National Officer selection process until Saturday afternoon when the six National Officers for 2009-2010 will hear their names called out.
Over this past weekend, we posted a story on Riley which included an interview with him about his desire to serve the FFA at the National level. Click here to jump to that story from the Blue Green Gazette here on our website.
