On a regular basis, Eric Atkinson with the K-State Radio Network talks with Oklahoma State University Extension Livestock Market Economist Dr. Derrell Peel about the cattle markets- On Monday of this week- Dr. Peel talked with Eric about the continuing good news about U.S. beef export business, and comments on a just-announced agreement by a major China retailer to purchase beef from a U.S. source...he also weighs in on the concerns over the North America Free Trade Agreement talks and the potential negative consequences for the U.S. cattle sector.
